Athletics has enjoyed a resurgence at Cavina after a hiatus of many years, and we now hold an annual sports day, testing children on sprints, endurance as well as the field events of high jump, long jump and ball throw or javelin. On the basis of their performance on the track and field, several Cavina pupils have won sports scholarships to schools in Kenya.
