Covid brought some surprising benefits to the school, not least the introduction of a cross-country running programme to make up for the lack of team sport during those years. It has proved hugely beneficial in building up the fitness of the children, translating into increased stamina for other sports. Once every two weeks, we take the children up to Ngong Forest Sanctuary, where they regularly run up to 4 kilometers. In the final term, we host an exciting cross-country competition at the forest.
