Spirituality

Cavina is first and foremost a Christian school. We welcome children of all faiths and backgrounds. Christianity being a faith that preaches tolerance, we do not practise indoctrination and respect freedom of conscience. Pupils are encouraged to embark upon a spiritual journey; they are not coerced into undertaking one. That said, parents should understand that pupils at Cavina will be exposed to the Christian message and that Christian values underpin all we do.

Our morning worship sessions are the first lesson of the day, but Christian education does not end in the assembly hall. Our teachers will continuously look for opportunities to instil the values learnt in the morning service throughout the day, helping our children discover the purpose of life and the transformation that results from encountering Christ.
